Reports & Business Intelligence FAQ

Common questions about dashboards and reports.

What's the difference between the Sales dashboard and the CEO dashboard?

The Sales dashboard (on screen titled "CEO Executive Dashboard") is scoped entirely to sales and transactions — daily, weekly, monthly, and strategic sales numbers. The CEO/executive dashboard (what you land on right after logging in, on screen just titled "Dashboard") is the all-module view — sales alongside stock, cash, receivables, payroll, and everything else across the business. Both have "CEO" in their naming somewhere, which is where the confusion comes from — they're genuinely different screens. See Understanding your Sales dashboard and Understanding the CEO/executive dashboard.

What's the difference between the Sales dashboard and the Sales BI Dashboard?

Two more similarly-named screens. The Sales dashboard (here) groups numbers into Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Strategic — good for a fast check. The Sales BI Dashboard (here) is a separate page built around trend charts, revenue targets, and customer/product breakdowns, with every chart drilling down into the real transactions behind it. Reach it from Sales BI → Sales BI Dashboard.

My export didn't download — what should I check?

Make sure your browser or device allows downloads/pop-ups from BusinessCopilot, and that you have a stable connection — a large export (a full year of transactions, for example) can take a few seconds. If nothing happens after selecting an export format, try again after refreshing the page.
