The Clinical Suite on each platform
Everything is available on Web, the Desktop app and the mobile app — here's how the layout differs on each.
Every Clinical Suite feature described in this section is available on all three: the Web app, the Desktop app and the mobile app. The features and rules are the same everywhere; only the layout changes to suit the screen.
Where to find things

Follow-ups, reminders, recurring, waitlist, Insights
Same features, same fields, same rules. On the mobile app the tables become stacked cards, and Insights' tables become stacked rows with the same numbers.
Offline
The Clinical Suite is online only on every platform. The Desktop app's offline mode covers your till and stock, not patients or appointments.
Live updates
Web and Desktop listen for changes while you're signed in. The mobile app listens while it's open on screen, and refreshes when you come back to it. See Live updates.
The confirmation link
Patients open their link in a normal web browser on their own phone. It doesn't need the app.
