Customer loyalty notifications
What BusinessCopilot tells a customer automatically when something loyalty-related happens.
Go to Loyalty Notifications (under Parties) to see the notifications BusinessCopilot has sent — these appear automatically when a customer reaches a new tier or hits a milestone.
Each entry shows its title, message, and whether it's been sent. You don't create these by hand — they're generated automatically from real customer activity, so this page is where you check what's gone out, not where you write one yourself.
