Go to Cash & Banks → Forecast to see a week-by-week projection of your cash position for the next 13 weeks, built automatically from your accounts' scheduled activity.
What you're looking at
- Projected Inflow vs. Outflow — a bar for each week showing what's expected to come in (green) against what's expected to go out (red).
- Running Balance — the same data as a table, with a running total for each week. A week where the running balance turns negative is flagged, so you can see a shortfall coming before it happens.
If you don't see any data yet, it's because the forecast builds from real scheduled activity in your accounts — it fills in as you use BusinessCopilot day to day.
