Setting up commission for sales staff

1. Open the staff member's profile (or add them if they're new).
2. Under their pay details, set a Commission Rate (%).
3. Save.

How a sale gets attributed to them

At checkout, a sale is credited to whoever's logged in and making the sale by default. On the fuller Add Sale form, you can explicitly pick a different Salesperson for that particular sale if someone's ringing it up on another staff member's behalf.
