Understanding your usage
What your AI query allowance is, what happens when you reach it, and buying a top-up.
If you have the AI Assistant add-on, it comes with a monthly AI query allowance — 500 queries included, resetting each month.
This page covers your usage allowance and top-ups only — BusinessCopilot doesn't yet have a dedicated guide to using the AI Assistant itself.
Checking your usage
Go to Plan & Billing. The AI queries this month bar on the Current Plan card shows how many of your included queries you've used.
When you reach your limit
Once you've used your full allowance for the month, a Buy AI query top-up button appears below the usage bar.
- Select Buy AI query top-up.
- Complete payment at checkout — each top-up adds 200 extra queries for ₦2,000.
- Once confirmed, your allowance for the month increases immediately.
Your allowance resets to the plan's included amount at the start of your next billing period either way.
