How BusinessCopilot's plans, add-ons, and usage limits work.
Your plan
Every workspace is on a plan that sets how many locations and team members are included, and what it costs. When you sign up, you're automatically started on Starter — no payment details needed at sign-up.

You can view and change your plan any time from Subscription in your dashboard, where you'll also see your current usage against your plan's included locations and seats.
Going over what's included
If you need more locations or team members than your plan includes, you're not blocked — extra locations and extra team members are billed on top of your plan. As of this writing, an extra team member is ₦1,200 and an extra location is ₦6,000. (Enterprise has no included-count ceiling, so this never applies on Enterprise.)
Add-ons
On top of your base plan, you can turn on optional add-ons for capabilities not every business needs day one:

Add-ons are managed alongside your base plan on the Subscription page, and can be turned on or off independently of your base plan.
Monthly or yearly billing
Every plan and add-on can be billed monthly or yearly — yearly billing works out cheaper across the board. You can switch between them from the Subscription page.
